When Cindy and I first met, my jaw dropped when she started telling me about her wedding. She was marrying Sean in a Melissa Sweet gown, with a ton DIY elements such as a dessert table with a small cake, homemade favors and decor and lots of Etsy and vintage finds. As she went on, I started to think, I can't let her in on my wedding plans or she'll think I'm just creepy. My fiance is named Sean, I'm wearing Melissa Sweet and all of my details are either DIY, vintage or Etsy finds.... with a dessert table and small cake. Once she booked, I was in the clear and needless to say, over the past months, we hit it off incredibly. I even asked Cindy (and her best friends and adorable bridesmaids Bailey and Brooke as well!) to be involved in my own wedding since our tastes were so spot on...and I just love her. If you haven't seen her blog
, you'll be wanting her to make you treats as well! When I blog about my wedding, you'll hear all about it. For now, enjoy the images from a wedding I look back on and feel like I have been friends with this group of lovely people my whole life...and am happy to know for the rest of my life. While you're at it, play Ryan Adams "To Be Young,"
Their soundtrack was, no surprise, amazing as well.Cindy + Sean, thank you for allowing me to be a part of such an extraordinary day!
